Eva Longoria and Antonio Banderas hosted the star-studded Starlite charity gala at Villa Padierna Hotel.

As hotel guests Michelle Obama and daughter were enjoying the Costa del Sol, ‘Desperate Housewives’ star and founder of the ‘Eva’s Heroes’ charity, Eva Longoria, and 500 others attended the 1,000 euro a head Starlite charity gala held at Villa Padierna Hotel.

The star-studded gala was co-hosted by Malaga actor Antonio Banderas, accompanied by his wife Melanie Griffith and their daughter, Stella del Carmen, who admitted himself that he doesn’t show his face at many parties, but this one was “worth it.” His own foundation, ‘Lagrimas y Favores’, and ‘Niños en Alegria’ founded by Sandra Garcia Sanjuan and Maria Bravo, were also to benefit from the night’s charity gala.

The evening began with the signing, by Eva and Antonio, of two new models of Ford cars, dedicated to their respective charities. Eva was accompanied by husband and professional basketball player Tony Parker.

Then, the parade of other famous faces began, including: Boris Becker, Adriana Karembeu, Alexandra and Victoria Swarovski, and Deepak Chopra, to name just a few.

The amount raised was not known at the time of going to print.

The First Lady may not have been at the party, but there is no doubt that Marbella is once again in vogue.
