RESTAURANT bosses Max Norini and partner Kelly can vouch that The Euro Weekly News reaches all four corners of the globe. The owners of Jose’s in Portals Nous were shocked to receive phone calls from pals as far away as Bermuda and England’s sleepy Forest of Dean after the newspaper revealed they were organising a Masterchef-style search for a new chef.
“People were calling us saying they had read about the restaurant online. We were even contacted by some old friends who we used to work with in Bermuda,” said Kelly.
The restaurant reopened this week and friends and customers joined in the celebrations to welcome the new holiday season.
“It was good to see so many familiar faces,” added Max. “The Euro Weekly news certainly gets you noticed,” he went on.
