Euro Weekly News Publishers Michel and Steven Euesden collecting for Tomas.

EVERY picture tells a story.

Collectively the photographs tell of happiness… happiness that donations, big and small, from everyone involved, will bring to Tomas.

Many members of Euro Weekly News eeam burst into Puerto Banus, Elviria and La Cala with the aim of raising funds to help local boy Tomas Leighton, 7, who has cerebral palsy, is almost totally blind, and suffers from epilepsy.

In total they raised €2,063 on the day.

British Consul for Andalucia Steve Jones, commenting on the collection and generous donations following a successful day,  said: “Yet again I find myself congratulating the generosity and support of local businesses, residents and holidaymakers who have given up time and money to help raise money for a local boy.”

“This praise holds even more value during times of financial hardship for many local residents and businesses as many struggle to make ends meet and get to the end of the month.”

“I am sure that every bit of money raised will go to make life easier for Tomas and his family and I would like to thank the team at EWN for their continued focus on helping the community.”
